July 8th 2006:
MuddyButtt, Hipper, Chevy 292 and RollingFieldsOfKansas all shared their experience of an event attended in Ok.

Inspired by these few a mind boggle amount of planning was done when we decided to have a Fall Find Event. We accepted jobs to help the event go smoothly. Coyote 2 reserved the pavilion for September 16 and 17th. InsurancePast is going to look for hotel deals in Liberal. Broncbuster is going to work on shirts and Jeonlyep is going to redesign our web site! Coyote 2 will get the Liberal travel and visitors bureau to help with Goodie bags.

We planned the next meeting to be held at Salty Dog on August 12 at 7 to check on progress. After great food and wonderful service we were invited to test out Garden City’s First night cache by TJLee and Broncbuster , and a new cache by Crackerjacks. Many accepted the challenge and had a great time despite the rain!
After all we are Southwest Kansas Geocachers a little rain won’t stop us!

Our last event was a great sucess!
It was held in Satanta Kansas with attendance of almost 20! Cachers from as far away as Salina and Wichita attended!
A wonderful presentation was given by Brenda RollingFieldsOfKansas about budget cacheing.
We had a drawing for prizes donated by RollingFieldsOfKansas and RattelingCrew.

Thanks so much to both for the prizes.
